On Tuesday, 4/16 at 9am ET, our new FTP server will be going live. This change will allow the FTP server to be supported for years to come. This change will affect those who upload inventory from their POS systems, or who are actively editing custom themes. Stores that upload inventory via Above the Treeline are not affected by this change.
If you upload Local Store Inventory (LSI) via FTP from your POS, please review the following:

Booklog: IndieCommerce will reach out to you with instructions on how to reset your password

IBID, Wordstock, Anthology, Basil, iMRCHNT: your POS vendors will be changing the password on your behalf. Please note that there may be a delay in LSI delivery, as the POS vendors have to reset quite a few passwords in a short period of time.
