The hosting provider for IndieCommerce 2.0, Pantheon, is reporting issues "originating from an upstream service provider, which is causing intermittent performance issues across some components."
We have had some reports from 2.0 sites as well that their sites have been slow or intermittently unavailable. We are monitoring the issue. Pantheon is also providing updates on their dashboard:
