The upstream provider in question appears to be Google Cloud. Google Cloud is reporting "impact due to Identity and Access Management Service Issue".
While we do not host IndieCommerce 1.0 on Pantheon, we do host some components of 1.0 on Google Cloud, so we are extending this notice to cover IndieCommerce 1.0 as well. It is possible that pages on your IndieCommerce site could be slow to load or could time out.
