The IndieCommerce outage has been resolved. Our hosting provider, Rackspace, rebooted a critical server in our infrastructure. While this server was offline, connections to sites were very slow or unavailable. Once the server finished maintenance normal service was able to resume.

During monthly maintenance a process was inadvertently started that removed some files, specifically those modified in the past 4 weeks. We are currently restoring files from a backup. This process will take approximately 2 hours, after which time if you still see issue on your website, please contact staff@bookweb.org.
