We have fixed the rate limiting needed to manage load on our web servers and are currently monitoring performance.

After rebooting servers due to routine maintenance, rate limiting of search engines such as Google and Bing stopped being applied, which flooded sites with traffic. We are currently working on putting that rate limiting back in place to restore normal performance.
