Past Incidents

We have not observed any further issues on sites in about an hour. Google reports the issue mitigated on their end, but both Google and Pantheon are not providing an all clear yet. Until they do, we will keep this open and watch for updates.

Google is reporting that issues continue. We are continuing to see alerts from our automated system indicating intermittent issues on sites, as well as receiving some reports from stores. Google reports progress but not an ETA for full recovery yet.

The upstream provider in question appears to be Google Cloud. Google Cloud is reporting "impact due to Identity and Access Management Service Issue".

While we do not host IndieCommerce 1.0 on Pantheon, we do host some components of 1.0 on Google Cloud, so we are extending this notice to cover IndieCommerce 1.0 as well. It is possible that pages on your IndieCommerce site could be slow to load or could time out.

The hosting provider for IndieCommerce 2.0, Pantheon, is reporting issues "originating from an upstream service provider, which is causing intermittent performance issues across some components."

We have had some reports from 2.0 sites as well that their sites have been slow or intermittently unavailable. We are monitoring the issue. Pantheon is also providing updates on their dashboard:
